Pomegranates: Hand-picked pomegranates of the famous Greek variety “Ermioni” from the Corinthian Highlands.

Information: Whole pomegranate are mixed with concentrated grape juice to extract the natural aromas and are then combined with our red grape vinegar. The result is a well-balanced vinegar that unites sourness, sweetness and fruitiness all in one product. To give a Mediterranean note to your vinaigrettes.

Tasting notes: Dark red-brown colour, aromas of sun-dried grapes with hints of banana. Sour taste combined to a balanced sweetness, strong notes of ripe fruits and pomegranates in the aftertaste.
