We ship to one address per order via UPS, FEDEX or USPS (the “Carrier”), depending upon the product or service. Note that there are restrictions on some products. Shipping is only available within the contiguous United States. Please refer to your product description for shipping method and processing times. If applicable, a tracking number will be added to your account dashboard in the order section upon shipment. In most cases, product ship in 3-7 days via ground service or first-class mail. Please refer to the product description for details.
Very rarely is a shipment lost or stolen after delivery, but if this happens, the Customer must make a claim with the Carrier. If you submit an incorrect address, you agree that we are not responsible for it being delivered there. We ship to the address you enter.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Because items shipped to multiple addresses incur separate shipping charges, items shipping to different addresses must be entered as individual orders.
